"To say the state of Florida is beautiful and sunny would be a lie when bibi aka don bubu set up shop in palm beach. We walked in with a smile on our faces and left devestated as bibi and co insulted our net worth and proceeded to ruin my friends holiday. I’ve been around the world to many boutiques, doggy shops a plenty, and never have had a net loss of joy from a visit prior to now. Stay away - please, I’m begging you."

"Cheap garbage. You can accessorize the collars. So I had her add a strip of diamonds onto the collar. I have had collars last longer from Petco. The diamonds fell right off. When you go back to have them fixed because you paid $300 for a collar and you expect the diamonds to stay on she isn't very nice. She's very chilly. She's only warm and friendly when you're about to buy some thing. I would just stay away. Please see the below picture where she attempted to fix the diamond strip and instead of giving me a whole new one she glued and gopped up the whole entire collar and the diamonds are crooked"

"Bibi's is probably the nicest dog boutique that I have ever been to. She has amazing outfits and collars for dogs of all breeds and sizes with prices ranging from very expensive to moderately priced. If your a dog owner and in the Palm Beach area, Bibi's is a must visit!"

"About 2 1/2 years ago, I purchased leather collar, leash, and harness. I loved the Burberry pink plaid but found with time that the plaid has faded and half of the collar is white. Because my dog does not wear the collar all the time, the leather is in perfect shape, however, the loss of that design diminishes the look. I feel for the cost of the item, that design should not have faded although the review mentions how sweet the owner wise, I found she was very sweet when I bought the items, but not so much when I had a problem."

"I love this place. The owner took special interest in my otherwise uninteresting cat. After 2 visits to the vet and $600, she still had a very red itchy belly. I was told how to change her diet, even though i was spending top dollar on "organic" canned food. I was shown which supplements to give her, all available at the boutique, all natural remedies, and my cat finally sleeps even more than usual and has stopped licking herself raw. It is so rare to find a place in this day and age with personalized attention, high-quality items(not from sweatshops) and a very knowledgeable owner."
