From the moment we stepped into JINYA Ramen Bar, we knew we were in for a culinary treat. The atmosphere was inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. We started with the Takoyaki Appetizer, featuring tender octopus that was cooked to perfection. Each bite was a delightful blend of flavors and textures, leaving us eagerly anticipating the next dish. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the signature JINYA Tonkotsu Black. This pork broth ramen was a masterpiece of rich, deep flavors that tantalized our taste buds. The broth was hearty and robust, with a complexity that spoke of expert crafting. The noodles were cooked just right, providing the ideal foundation for the exquisite broth. Alongside the ramen, we enjoyed a rice bowl that was simple yet satisfying, providing a comforting balance to the meal. To accompany our feast, we opted for a Sapporo Draft beer. "Jinya in Orlando is my favorite restaurant ever. This Oviedo location is beautiful! It is a lot more spacious and fancy. Perfect place for a date night. The service as usual was incredible. And of course the food was amazing, the Jinya chicken ramen will always be my favorite. I always recommend Jinya and I’m super excited to see them grow."
