"I don't mind shopping here, but I find their produce section to be especially weak. I I do find that when there's certain things on sale, they often run out, especially when it's meat. They have great personalized butcher's service. I wish they had a pharmacy at this location. I also love their prepared foods at which they do an excellent job here."

"I was just in this location and I experienced the worst level of customer service and professionalism I've ever encountered at the hands of cashier Nathaly Florido. I understand that we’re in Miami and many people speak Spanish here, but there are still some residents in South Florida that speak English. It is neither fair nor professional for employees (such as Nathaly) to openly mock, be rude, and make personal verbal attacks to customers in their face simply because we’re not fluent in Spanish and she thinks we wont fully comprehend whats being communicated. This employee proceeded to make a series of fat jokes towards me in broken English, asking me if I had any “self control” to not eat all of my groceries purchased alone. Extremely rude and disrespectful and i don’t appreciate being played with while minding my business and grocery shopping. The cost of food is too high for the level of customer service to be dropping so rapidly."

From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products. "In the Deli area there are some ladies who serve very badly, they are rude, and they also treat the elderly badly, they deny them the products saying that there is not , only because of the laziness of not looking for them, we went to speak in customer service , We exposed the problem to Mr. Roberto, who at first was not very receptive but when we told him what happened with a senior lady , he became more interested in the problem and informed us that he was going to file a complaint with the Deli manager. I hope this situation improves because it is the 3 rd time that I go to the Deli and receive mistreatment from the people who work in that space."
