From the moment we walked in, Berman made us feel welcome and comfortable. He listened attentively as I explained the haircut I wanted for Loki, and he took the time to ask questions and make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the grooming process, Berman was kind and patient with Loki, who can be a bit nervous around strangers. Berman's gentle demeanor helped put Loki at ease, and by the end of the appointment, I could tell that Loki had really bonded with him. When Berman was finished with the haircut, I was thrilled with the result. Loki looked absolutely adorable, and his coat was silky-smooth and clean from the bath. Berman even took the time to show me some tips for keeping Loki's coat looking great in between grooming appointments.
