"Had some issues with another veterinarian office. We saw Dr Balzano. She was AMAZING! She explained EVERYTHING even what to expect when checking my dog in for surgery in a few weeks. She called after office hours so I didn't have to wait several days to hear preliminary test results. She put me completely at ease. Shana the tech was amazing too, so pleasant kind and compassionate. She asked frequently as did Dr Balzano if everything was understood. I honestly felt as if my dogs needs were met in depth and with such great and compassionate care. My dog is scheduled for surgery and I feel at ease that she will be well cared for. ❤️"

"Check in was very quick, and the receptionist was very friendly and complementary about my dog. I n just a few minutes, a nurse came out and took him back to do the vaccines, lab work and procedures.and She brought him back to me in the waiting room and explained exactly what had been done and what to look for , was very friendly and asked if I had any questions. In addition, I received a call from the veterinarian about his results, and we discussed how to handle it going forward, as well as her answering a question I had about another matter. She was very helpful giving me suggestions and recommending products. I believe this is a very well run veterinary office, and in the past even when I have called with an emergency, they were very responsive and directed me in the right direction for solving the issue."
