"Odd that it is situated in the Hilton, but I can get over that. The staff were not altogether friendly, aside from our waitress. She was great. There were minimal Japanese staff members. The food was subpar for hibachi that I have eaten, even compared to others in Orlando. It’s a busy place with a lot of patrons coming by. It just felt pricey for the food I received. I left full, but it wasn’t all that good. I was disappointed. The salmon was bone dry and cooked FAR too long."
"Benihana is nice restaurant to enjoy Japanese food where the skilled chef prepared all the dishes you order right in front of you. Our chef was funny and did all the skillful tricks. However we had coupon for free appetizers. They said they will apply it and when the bill came it was not applied and we had to remind them. Similar experience happened with the other family that had visited the previous night. Food was delicious and service was good. It is best to make an reservation to lessen the wait time."
"Great place to enjoy good times We celebrated a birthday and loved the atmosphere. Our cook was a bit delayed but our waiter was onto of things and kept us in the loop. Once there our cook entertained us and made a good meal."

"This is definitely the place to go if you want delicious food and a dinner experience. My chef Irene was amazing! They do all the cool tricks and make sure you’re having a fun time. I was in a party of 2 and was slightly nervous to be sat with other people but it was an amazing experience and everyone was extremely nice. 100% recommend especially if you’ve never been!"
