Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

"I took my daughter here for our Daddy Daughter date as she has been wanted to go here for a few months. The staff greeted us and explained how everything works and we're also friendly. The ordering process is easy and the revolving sushi bar was stocked well and there was great variety. The sushi tasted fresh and had great flavor. I ordered Tonkatsu ramen and it was delicious. They also have a fun incentive to eat more sushi where if you have 15 plates you get a small prize. Granted you can just order the prize but if you have a party of 3+ you can easily through 15 plates of sushi. The plates are a little over $3 a plate and you get from 2-4 pieces of sushi depending what it is. It can get pricey but the experience is pretty cool and the food is pretty good."

"Going into the restaurant, the hostess explained the concept of the restaurant. The revolving belt is always bringing around options to try. If you want something else or hot food, ordering on the touch screen is simple. All of the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned (considering how many different plates are available to sample). I genuinely enjoyed every minute UNTIL the kitchen closed early and we couldn't order extra plates and ice cream. At first, the screen just said that the kitchen had too many orders in, and when the table beside us asked, we were informed the kitchen had closed. Our waitresses only reasoning the kitchen closed early was that it was a "slow day." I don't get why I should've been punished as a guest for a slow day. It was a lost revenue opportunity for this restaurant to operate this way. It's bad business, and it's ultimately why I'm not giving Kura 5 stars. TLDR: Food is good, but they close the kitchen early."

"Neat atmosphere, loved the robot that delivers the drinks. Ordering was easy to figure out, the revolving sushi belt is super fun although we wanted to try a few items that continued to be empty as it rotated around so a little disappointing there. The hot foods and desserts arrive on a different belt that stops at your table. Everything was delicious and service from staff was great. Would go again."

"I’ve dined here for lunch a few times while in the Orlando area. Every visit has been great. The staff are friendly, and the drink robot is cute. I love the variety, the pricing per plate, and the portions. Easy to share with others to try something new each time or keep it for yourself."

"I have been dying to try this place after seeing them all over social media and from a few people I follow on YouTube. This place is super trendy and if you like robots and playing games while you eat, what are you waiting for!? Very clean establishment with a very user friendly app for check in and getting points for your visit. A little more old school and don’t want to use the app? They have a simple touch screen at the door to reserve a table. The tables are spacious with a beautiful in reach revolving sushi conveyor belt. If you don’t see what you want, or if it is out on the line, just use the touch screen and your order will come directly to you within minutes. The fish was SO fresh! The rice was warm… I did have trouble with the rice holding together so each bite was a little tricky because it kept falling apart, however, the flavor was amazing and portions were generous, so it made up for the small inconvenience. Every month has a different theme, with the sushi selections and chance of prizes to be won for every 5 plates you order or select. I cannot wait to bring friends and enjoy this as a group. Amazing sushi with a true to fun nature Japan is known to create and explore."
