"Beware, Beware, Beware!! I spoke to Jeff, the owner several times, and I also spoke to his son pertaining to my 11 month old male Doberman being trained. I explained to both of them that my dog knew the basic commands sit stay calm down, and that he looked, walked well on a gentle leash. Jeff introduced the prong collar, which I told him I was not interested. I wanted the dog to be trained to walk beside me, or to even run with me. And naturally, he said yes yes and yes so I dropped him off. He stayed for 16 days. I was told that when I came back that they would train me so that I would be able to follow thru. When I picked up my dog, I learned that my dog did not learn any new commands, or hand signals nor did he learn to walk without a leash. when I questioned Jeff, he became agitated and told me that the session was over because a dog attention span is only at 10 minutes at a time. Jeff did offer that if I had any problems that I could call him. I brought my dog home and I worked with him for the week And then I decided to call Jeff to tell him that I was Not satisfied. He became hostile over the phone, accused me of being the problem with high expectations told me that I could write as many reviews that I wanted to and actually hung up on me. I have given Jeff a month to call me to see if he would offer us additional training,,, and unfortunately he has not. I guess he doesn’t have any remorse on treating a customer that he said yes yes yes and taken $1800.00 and DID NOT TRAIN THE DOG,, well, Jeff you told me to write as many reviews that I wanted to so, I posted one on Facebook and you deleted it. I could not post one on your website because your review section is not up and operating so I placed it on Google let it be known do not have your dog trained at Vetted K9 in Deland!"

"We dropped one dog off for two week training. She did okay but was scared. A month later we boarded both dogs. They were well taken care of. They posted photos on social media for us to keep watch. The owner is very knowledgeable and was very helpful."

"I love taking my dogs here for boarding, I know they really love their time spent here, they always come home happy and wore-out. I'm so happy I found vetted K9, they do dog boarding differently. Most places we checked out would only let our dogs out 3 times a day from the hours of 8a-5p. Our dogs are used to going out several times a day from 6a-11p. Vetted k9 let's then out several times a day and for extended hours, which I really appreciate. They post pictures on Facebook of the dogs, which let's me know they're having a great time and being well taken care of. I will continue to take my pets here without hesitation!"
