"It was a very nice place the staff was very courteous and friendly they said hello I picked up my dog's food a couple of times and some treats and they were very cordial and kind and pleasant to be around it was a very nice atmosphere"
"On every occasion that I have purchased fish from them, they have been diseased and wreaked havoc on my established fish tanks. Months ago the fish I received ended up having TB. The most recent fish I purchased ended up introducing white spot disease and wiped out my entire fish tank despite trying to treat it."

"This location has a horrible manager that isn’t afraid to tell you her inappropriate, biased, and judgmental opinion of you on a whim, yet she still somehow keeps her job. Corporate customer service could care less about what transpires and will tell you so. Avoid this company like the plague and get them shut down. There are other, more reputable places with much better service to get your fur family member’s needs."
"Went in for flea medication for our rabbit and walked out with a 10 year old cat. Very helpful and friendly staff. The animals are well groomed and in good condition. Store is clean and inviting."
