"they had to call me because somehow they traumatized my puppy. My puppy been getting groom elsewhere since 1 yrs old and never had an issue. I will never take my dog there again."
"I would give zero if possible. My dog was cut down to skin in several places on her body, her ears were cut to skin while also leaving random long pieces and the inside of ear never touched. I was called and told groomer could not finish grooming because my dog was snapping at her. That has NEVER happened before and we travel, so she has had different groomers. When I picked her up I knew why, she was cut to skin in several places so the groomer was hurting her. She also trimmed her tail but left a puffball on the end ????? She is not a poodle. I normally don’t post reviews but maybe this will save some other dog from being subjected to this."
