"I was denied the purchase of a goldfish because the 40 gallon tank I purchased from petsmart is too small. Also, my petsmart rewards are always disappearing. I left this store and went to pet supermarket where I got a ten dollar celestial goldfish & a customer reward of 5.oo off making my purchase for the fish 5.00 dollars!! Im never shopping at petsmart! Stop policing your customers. The fish you're selling are not in their proper sized tanks so how're you going to tell customers their tanks are not big enough smdh!"

"I have taken my dog to this Petsmart for a grooming appointment. This appointment was scheduled a week in advance. They take in-person scheduling however, it went terrible during this day. When I arrived with my dog on time, they were completely full with dogs, more than could be handled. Everything was out of order and clearly the stress was getting to the groomers. One groomer even cursed out a dog in front of us out of her frustration for the dog peeing on its bench, riddled with nerves. There was no class or professionalism shown in the store. I stayed to see what would be said for my dog and they said they did not have a kennel ready for the appointment made a week ago. In addition, i called to leave a complaint and was simply told to “give them a moment” and left on hold. I wish a better organization system and care for animals at this store. Please take this review into further consideration when selecting a dog groomer."
