"unfortunately, the ratings do not allow you to go click zero stars. My experience with them has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at any groomer. They did allow my sweet dog to go in as a walk-in, but then called me a few minutes later to bring her lease that they told me to take so I could put her in the tub for them. They are so unprofessional, and looks just so unclean at their location. I highly do not recommend them at all."

"Lynn the groomer is the nicest lady I've dealt with since owning dogs. She's very gentle with my puppies and loving. She does a fantastic job and she doesn't charge a whole lot of money. It takes her longer than a normal grooming appointment but I don't mind because it gives me a break to do things that I need to do. I highly recommend this place."
