Did she not compare the name... substituted an "e" for an "a" in the spelling of a five letter name. I noticed that she was squinting when reading. Insist that she have an eye exam. Even.giving the error, did she not notice the different address on the computer and the license? What happened to question and verify? How do I contact corporate?"
