Every time I go into the store now for show steer supply they always have what I need. It is crazy how much this place has grown since I left. 10/10 Highly recommended. "My sister and I drive out of our way to buy hay for a picky eater (1 horse) when we arrived we both noticed the hay in the trailer looked wonderful and decided to buy 4 bales.. We walked outside and was asked about our purchase when I mentioned the hay that was on the trailer and VISIBLE to us..wasn't what we were going to receive. I told him I had a picky eater at home..his response was I CAN'T DO THAT...I DON'T HAVE TIME..!! The hay he wanted to give us was probably okay for cows, not for a horse (maybe he doesn't know about colic) We thought going inside with our complaint might change the outcome..we soon found out the RUDE man with No Customer service skills was the owner..!! We definitely won't return and the customers we sent that way will be told about this incident and asked to find another hay supplier. Take a look at your reviews the negative posts are catching up quickly. Good Luck..!"
