"My dog is not bathed, his eye boogers are still there, they made him bald on top of his head and on the side of his neck. The chops are horrible, they didnt touch his legs. This was supposed to be a schnauzer cut. When I called to let them know, they kept cutting me off and told me to bring him back but I can not trust that they know what they are doing. It looks like my little sister tried to give him a cut for the first time."
