"Absolutely disgusting and dirty restaurant. Look at my photo of the wall where food is being prepared. The staff is very rude especially Fabia. They were out of grilled veggies and corn salsa again. Horrible gross location stay away!!"
"Really wish this wasn't the only chipotle in this area, because this one is absolutely HORRIBLE. the workers are terrible, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes in line because everyone who works here is slow and doesn't seem to know how to do their job properly. Everyone who works here always has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, nobody is friendly everyone looks absolutely miserable like wow! Just awful. It's always dirty as you can see in photos, the counters are always covered in food, during a busy lunch hour they are out of half the options I.e. meats , and nobody is making an effort to prepare more while they clearly see it's busy and they have a long line? Every time I come here I'm always disappointed, hoping it'll get better but it never is. Management needs to deal with their staff and listen to reviews on here. Bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper and strange leaks all over the floors. I'm just so grossed out after this last visit I may never come back."
"I had delivery & usually I am satisfied with Chipotle... this time, I contacted Chipotle about problem with food & they said "sorry not meet uour expectations" and nothing after that... To the "OWNER" REPLY I have tried link you sent "contact us"... & it doesn't allow for delivery... & it is mostly only " chat with Pepper", and I've done that & received no answer in response"
"The trash was overflowing, tables were no wiped down and had trash on them as well, the soda machines had ran out of soda, the lemonades and teas were pretty much ran dry, the employees there are just rude."
"When you order delivery and can't watch how they make your bowl, they totally scrimp and don't give you what you paid for. I spent $30 on 1 bowl for delivery for my son that is sick and this is the pathetic bowl I received! You can't even get through to anyone on the phone. Very disappointed!"
