"My husband has been trying to get bloodwork done for months now. He had to take off several days of work as she only has morning appts so could not just go after work as he had planned. He will have to now go through insurance once again to find a new Dr and one with longer hours. Also, he needed another bloodwork order and she said she could not fax it or send it over to Labcorp. She said he needed to pick it up the next work day but once again, he can't just take off work especially not to just pick up a piece of paper. He told her his wife would come and get it and was told no because she does not know me. It was fine when she did not know me whenever I set him up the appt.while he was working. We find that ridiculous that she is unable to work with him as he was letting her know ahead of time I'd come get the paper. He also had a few days off so had been calling for a couple of days now as he was trying to get the bloodwork done this week while he was off but it's just her at the office and doesn't answer or call back most of the time. I understand not answering as she could be busy with another patient even but at the same time people have to get stuff done within a timely manner so it would be nice if she had someone there to answer calls to set up appts and then we could have already picked up the order if she had some staff."

"I saw Dr Lorna today as a first time patient after months of struggling to find a Dr that listens and cares. All the Dr's here associated with big hospitals DO NOT CARE or form judgements about you. She took almost an hour to do a complete history, listened to all my concerns and rambling and we came up with a plan of Action. She's thoughtful and caring. Yea she's alone but she's rocking it!"

"I would give her 5 stars except her scheduling is a bit lacking, and I don't like that she doesn't have any employees in her office. She runs it alone, so it is difficult to get in touch with her office sometimes. She is a good doctor, and has helped me tremendously."
