"I wish I would have read the 1 star reviews more carefully. If I can give zero stars, I would. Anjalie and her direct boss are "trigger happy." They are inexperienced and do not listen. They put words into ones mouth and were interrogating my child (who has a health impairment) and was trying to explain something. While arguing, yelling at me, in front of my kids and trying to get my health impaired child to speak (who was already upset), they told my kids I am the issue and moreover, they lied and created a statement to authorities. Why in the world would I have called them if I was hiding anything. They caused our family great distress and further accussed me as a mom of things they assumed. The worst part is I am the one who hired them, pay them, and worked with the insurance to have them help me. In less than a month (1 hour a week), they ended up creating a MAJOR problem based on miseleading statements. They barely know my child, only speaking to her for barely a month. I don't believe they are qualified or experienced enough. I urge parents to seek out another service and agency and be very wiery of these individuals. The authorities felt the same after listening to us and visiting our home, taking pictures for over 4 hours on Christmas Eve, ruining our holiday. Do NOT use this company if you really want to help your family."

"I selected this office thinking that it would help bring my daughter & I closer and help her get over some trauma from the past but instead now thanks to the therapist Anjalie my motherhood is being questioned. For the few sessions I was brought in for my daughter I felt judged & I got bad vibes from the therapist. I should've known when she repeated "I don't mean to make you feel attacked, but..." like 5 times in one session that she was indeed judging/attacking me. PARENTS: be weary of therapists' who are not experienced as parents, although they may be textbook ready they do not have the empathy or knowledge to make correct assessments on your family, they will wrongfully judge & instead of it being helpful, it'll be detrimental. I filed a complaint with the director today, will wait to see what happens."

"My teen daughter sees a therapist here and I notice how much she has improved in these past months. The therapist keeps me involved in what's going on and the staff is very friendly (family environment)."

"My boyfriend's brother gets therapy here. We took him to one of his appointments I got to see why he likes to go. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I got to see the playroom they use for their session and it was really nice. I met the therapist and he sounded very knowledgeable when talking to my boyfriend and my little brother in law says he's very funny. The main office is a little difficult to find because google maps sends you to the opposite end of the building and the front door signage is not very obvious."

"Horrible experience. I wish I could give them less than a star. They were biased and unethical. As clients we felt judged and discriminated. The false allegations these therapists made were horrible and almost made us loose our family. Instead of helping my child, they made everything worse. When people go to therapy, they expect the opposite of what we got with Trinity. I will never recommend this place to anybody."
