"For the past 6 mos I have been experiencing severe neck pain and bad headaches. I went to different chiropractors, tried different over the counter medicines and nothing was working. I had an appointment to see a neurologist to see about getting cortisone shots because I felt like it was my last hope. Someone recommended physical therapy and I decided to give it a try.
