"worst company to work for, (residents are cared for and well taken care of) but as far as having a job here this is literally the worst company, the DON and most of the staff that are higher up in the facility have really bad attitudes, they don’t know how to talk to the hard working employees, especially the CNA’s when we do a lot of extraneous work, we get looked down on and talked to like we don’t do enough, the DON and ADON walk around with very bad attitudes and talk to the employees like we are trash, moral of the story is WORK for a company that RESPECTS and TREATS you well and shows and tells you that your work is good and that the work you do is appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed. And this company definitely isn’t the one !!!!!"

"DO NOT PUT ANYONE YOU LOVE IN THIS PLACE! They are currently holding my mother in law because she's paying $200 A DAY out of her own pocket because they say they aren't in network with UNITED HEALTHCARE when UNITED HEALTHCARE says they are. They will suck your love one dry unless they have Medicaid."

"This place is a nightmare!!!!! My mother was put in this facility with a fractured pelvis because she thought it was a good one since her friend was there, less than a week after she arrived she came down with Covid because her roommate had it. I was also told that her oxygen was 92 and yet they will not do anything about it. I am two states away, taking care of another sick family member! I have not been able to get a hold of any staff members whatsoever in over 24 hours. No one has called me back. My mother is stranded locked inside of a room. She is calling me saying that she has not eaten in two days… she also fell the night before. There is no walker in there for her only a wheelchair and no Mats. STAY clear of this facility. Legal Action is going to be taken immediately."

"All the rumors I heard over the years regarding nursing home and rehab facilities are not at all like Royal Care. I was there for a stay for rehab and was treated with respect. the staff was very helpful, providing therapy as needed. If you have to consider going to a rehab I would recommend this one"

"I am a former employee at Royal Care. Regarding the nursing home in general, it’s not a bad place. The residents are well cared for and seem genuinely happy living in the facility. As an employee however, I wasn’t treated with dignity and respect. I noticed inappropriate “cliques” within the staff that affected my job in a very negative way. Bottom line, don’t work for anyone who doesn’t appreciate you as I was “royally” screwed!"
