"I was referred to Dr. Mendez by a friend about three weeks ago and I am so thankful! I was having severe sciatic pain due to herniated discs and was barely able to move. I was in constant pain and barely sleeping. Dr. Mendez is very knowledgeable, took time to explain all that she was doing, and had me feeling much better after one visit with a plan to exercises at home and plan moving forward.
