"I've had all good experiences so far. My therapist is nice, I like the psych Dr a lot. It is hard to get an appt sometimes but they're booked because a lot of people need therapy. Honestly I think it's important to remember therapists and staff are also people. Therapists call out when they have bad days and it's inconvenient but they probably have mental health problems because they listen to all your problems all day. So when they aren't there it's probably needed for them to take a break."

"I am a longtime patient of BayCare and I have a therapist that I’ve been seeing for years. She is wonderful, and has made a huge difference in my life. I engaged in psychiatric services here a few years ago, but became pregnant and could no longer take my medication. When I tried to reengage, they gave me a different psychiatrist. She severely misdiagnosed me, prescribed me a medication I’d never taken before, and I left very distressed. I sought a second opinion. Both the other doctor and my longtime therapist disagree with the diagnosis. I tried to switch providers, but after two weeks of attempting to get in touch with supervisor Sandra Morrero, she finally answered the phone and I was told that I could not and needed to meet with my current psychiatrist to “work it out”. In an attempt to advocate for myself, I expressed that this would be very uncomfortable and explained the situation. She still refused. I am extremely disappointed in the care I’ve received and after recommending BayCare to others for years, I’ll now be thinking twice. This has been massively difficult to navigate and I have been respectful and polite through the entire process, but I have been steamrolled by someone with more power than me. Very, very upsetting. Would no longer recommend this place, especially not for medication management. They do not seem to care about you as a person."

"Entering the office for the first time, there was a "security guard" lady who was really quick and rude to tell me I required a mask and then handed me one. Ok. No problem. I put it on and waited at the window by her table thinking that was the check in window. She did not redirect me to the correct area.... and I was redirected a few minutes later by someone else. I thought the "mask cop" could've done that but she was deep in conversation on how people who rent shouldn't have dogs. This was a conversation with another worker there reading a vulgar text message out loud. I thought that was very unprofessional and unproductive. I was really hoping to feel comfortable with the new doctor, Jacqueline, that I had scheduled with. Obviously, first impressions were important and I expected her to greet me more accordingly. She called my name I looked up at her to gain acknowledgement that I was there. I held eye contact while standing up and walking through the door past her and immediately felt like I was an inconvenience because she wouldn't look back at me but instead past me. This left a bad taste with me and already made me really uncomfortable as I tried to continue civilly thinking...just give it a try. After speaking with her a little, she payed a lot of attention to my tattoos and had a very condescending attitude as I politely refused her services, letting her know that I'd rather find another doctor. She made sure to say that it was not an inconvenience to her because she still was being payed. This office also does child psychiatry which I would never recommend as this office is extremely unprofessional."

"I'm not sure what's going on , but the office is terrible. The day I went in for my first appointment, they didn't tell the doctor I was there until about 30 minutes into what was supposed to be my appointment. By then, they said it was too late to see the doctor and we would have to reschedule. Luckily (after I had a panic attack in front of them) they were able to get me to speak with the doctor I was supposed to speak with. Now I would like to say that all of this is in no way a fault for the doctor I spoke with, she was a wonderful person and helped me so much, she absolutely gets five stars from me. However, fast forward and I have an appointment a month later with a different doctor, and the day before they call me to reschedule because she is sick. Again, I am not faulting the doctor, I understand being sick and unable to work. But today, (after they had already rescheduled me for three weeks from now) they call and say she will not be in for my appointment and we need to push back the appointment again. Now it will be two whole months since I have spoken with a doctor and really need to speak with someone. I have been having panic attacks, trouble sleeping and am now trying to find another doctor, because this office clearly doesn't communicate with it's doctors and doesn't care about the wellbeing of it's patients. Please do not go to this place!"
