"Hands down the worst “treatment” experience of my life. If you could even call it treatment. My experience lines up with most of the 1 Star reviews and in fact most of the 5 Star reviews are from employees or other individuals that have a financial interest in the treatment center. But back to my horrible experience. If you are willing to spend money they are willing to help you but once you get to an out patient level of care and the money dries up my experience was these people could care less. The staff (female house manager) was the rudest most inconsiderate person I’ve ever had to deal with. The only thing she did was make sure that I was completely uncomfortable during my time there. The clinical team was constantly late if they even showed up at all. If you want quality trauma treatment please don’t call these people. You will leave more traumatized than you showed up."

"The Guest House saved my life, I went in completely hopeless and plagued by my trauma. I travelled from overseas and spent 6 months at the Guest House, I couldn't have imagined being in the mindset I am today. I'm so grateful for my therapist, the programme, and every staff member apart of the community. Each member of staff genuinely want to be there and are grateful to be apart of the client's journey. I went in without identifying as a substance addict or alcoholic, slightly worried it would be a typical rehab - its not. While you can absolutely receive great care for addiction, they focus on getting to the root cause of our behaviours by working through trauma. It's unlike any place I've ever received care from. Every place will have their pros and cons, management issues, we can always find a way to complain and find ways its not perfect, aside from very minor annoyances, the guest house is fantastic. I would recommend The Guest House to all my closest family members and friends!"

"I am so grateful for everyone at the guesthouse. They were all so supportive and encouraging to me during my stay. The OGs and staff all care so much about us.. Claudia and Mark went beyond the call of duty...or Judy. Seriously, her staff is remarkable They helped me whenever I needed them. I delt with so many things with their patience and guidance. I went for grief and was able to tackle so many other difficulties in my life. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to heal. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling."

"Working for both Judy Crane and John West at the Guest House Ocala is such a rewarding place to work. Even though I work behind the scene per say what I have witnessed is such love and compassion for our clients on a daily bases. Our staff all go above and beyond to make sure our clients get the best care possible. I'm blessed to be part of this amazing team!"

"Having worked in both facilities lovingly opened by Judy Crane, I must say that I am truly impressed with the miracles I witness everyday, stemming from the roots she so expertly planted. The Guest House staff is dedicated to their guests from such a deep personal level that it is palpable. The guests are treated with kindness, respect, compassion and a little tough love when needed. I have yet to see a guest who hasn't made strides, sometimes even in spite of themselves. I am so fortunate to be a part of this team."
