My first visit with Michelle at Fyzical, she LISTENED to my complaints, asked about my activities, truly assessed my issue. She showed me some movements and stretches to try. As well as some sleep positions. That night, I hurt pretty bad, I had my doubts. However the very next morning, I woke up PAIN-FREE for the first time in 12 weeks. I can sit at my desk without agony. I still have more work to do to become completely pain free, but I am able to sleep relatively pain free most days of the week. I am truly thankful I met Michelle."
