"Today was my first visit with Five Points Massage. I had a custom facial. A description about their services is not listed anywhere so you have no idea what to expect going into it. I’ve had several professional facials before so I know about what to expect and this was not a complete service. She exfoliated and applied lotion and oils and massaged my face with a roller and brush. Usually there is some type of extracting from the pores and a small massage to the arms/hands, etc. Instead she applied a mask and told me to Nap and left the room for over 20 minutes!! I was growing anxious because it sounded like she left the building. I assumed she was taking ANOTHER call like she did several times during my facial. I almost took the mask off and left but she masked over my eyes so I couldn’t see. She finally came in and took the mask off and suddenly I was done. Then when I went to pay and didn’t tip she insisted several times I “fix the top” portion of the receipt pointing at the tip. Never again! Was NOT worth the $80!"

"I debated leaving a review because I hate giving bad reviews unless it's really bad. The older lady working was so sweet and polite. But the massage over all just didn't meet expectations. This was my first time getting a professional massage so bare that in mind. She just rubbed lotion on my body and only put in minimal effort. Only putting pressure on my neck and hands. I'm pregnant and really wanted something to help with the soreness and I didn't feel like it helped at all. Maybe she was going easy on me because I'm pregnant... I got the $70 full hour and was shorted 5 mins which is whatever. I think I would have been better off just getting the foot massage or going to get a pedicure somewhere else."
