Sometimes it may be hard to get through when you call that is understandable during the days the office is closed and whenever they have multiple people calling in to schedule an appointment. I always receive a call back after leaving a message whether it be the same day or the next following day during business hours. Chris in reception is always helpful and has a great attitude. Raul has been a wonderful counselor and I really appreciate his ability to make his patients feel comfortable by understanding their circumstances and issues by offering advice that is real and constructive rather than the clinical stereotypical advice given by others. Diane has really done a lot to help me during our class sessions she holds and brings up a lot of everyday obstacles and emotions we all face along with useful tools to help aid us all in the process of healing. There is no judgment passed and only sound advice that be used for their patients betterment of themselves. "Called and can’t get an answer on days that are opened. Leave a voicemail and no one returns a phone call. You call the Hope Center in Pensacola and the SAME exact thing NO ANSWER MO RETURN PHONE CALLS.... I guess you have to go down there in order to get an answer instead of calling."
