"Worst service ever, a complete scam, 3+ hours waiting time and incorrect bill without any chance to fix it. I have been a patient here for a long time and now I will describe my last time when I made an appointment in advance(around 2 week), took time off from work in advance, drove 50 minutes and was there on time. The girls at the reception were a little embarrassed, but they let me into the office. I waited long enough, after half an hour it became clear that the doctor forgot about my visit made more than 2 weeks ago and had already left and asked by phone if I wanted to come another day, but it was very difficult for me to take time off from work and if he had offered it in advance ,of course, I would have endured it, but I had already spent several hours on it and I asked him as we agreed to see me that day. As a result, in the doctor's office, I waited for him for more than 3 hours, the appointment lasted no more than 10 minutes. When I went out, I saw terrible scenes, in the next office the door was opened and there was a girl without clothes and there were containers with something like blood or organs, I am very sensitive to such things and after that I could not come to my senses and calm down for a long time. But most of all, I did not like that for all this more than 3 hours of waiting and all the stress, I received an additional bill. Before the appointment, I clarified the cost exactly 5 times and asked many times if it was the final cost, and each time I received an affirmative answer. As a result, I received an additional bill with treatment that I did not receive, I called several times and they promised to call me back, but no one ever called me back. I called other phone (in my extra bill) but nobody ever answer. I have never had such a bad experience. I'm not going to see this doctor again. I would NOT recommend it"

"This is my third time being pregnant and there is no other doctor I would go to. He is very respectful to my wishes and his calm demeanor is very reassuring. His office is beautiful and his staff members are super professional and accommodating. Highly recommended!"

"I had a very traumatic birth experience and long labor, which started Tuesday morning and ended Wednesday night. This was my first pregnancy and without family around, I decide to trust 100% on Dr. Eddy. It’s been years since then, and I keep looking back not being able to understand the decisions taken at the moment of labor and delivery. So much mixed information... nurses and the doctor saying different things, even during critical times during the delivery. I was so confused and in shock, I didn’t even know what to ask... so I trusted. After the delivery, I wanted the doctor to explain everything, so I asked, But didn’t get much explanation. I’ll always remember him entering the room for the first time after the delivery and saying something like, “that was a very dramatic birth”. He looked relaxed, like if having a mother and her newborn being at risk of dying was a day to day thing. I don’t know if I will ever be able to get over this."

"Great doctor. He is kind and patient. The office staff manages appointments well The wait time is minimal. The Gyn process is uncomfortable for me but he makes it bearable."
