"The receptionist was very rude when I asked my paperwork so I can see endocrinologist for the second opinion. She was giving me a lot of excuses. Finally for the third day of “fighting” I went to the office to pick these up by myself! Since that was the only way I could get them. The Doctor is good at this office she is very kind and welcoming."

"I called because I wanted more information and the receptionist was very rude. They actually lost a more than a possible client because of costumer service. To spend $500 in a doctor these days is almost a luxury and to know exactly what you are paying for is more than understandable. Also, more if you are a person that has not found a doctor that actually wants to help you find out what is wrong. I am not questioning Dr. Wolloch's expertise so that is why I give a 2 because if she is actually a good doctor her reviews shouldn't be directly affected by her rude staff."
