"This place is terrible. They never get back to you and the doctor is rude and didn't seem like she wanted to help me understand the fertility process at all. I had to switch to a different facility because I didn't feel happy with the quality of care I received starting out. Also months ago in March I had a ultrasound procedure done and got the $600 bill before I heard from the facility about the results, which I'm still waiting to get. After I signed the release forms for my new fertility clinic to get my documents they only sent a portion and never sent the US results or my husband's genetic testing results. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY."

Goodman Expalined every thing clearly so that I could Understand what was needed and what my health plan would consist off. Very good 1st impression after years of dealing with this Health concern. "Dr Goodman was very nice but after surgery she didn't want anything to do with me. The manager at the Fletcher office was very rude and did not want to listen to my concerns. I had surgery and was calling multiple times a day to get to someone and no one return my calls for medication or what to do. She told me they were taking care of it and nobody ever called me back. There’s no compassion or care for patients in need. I would not recommend coming here."
