"Tried to get in as a new patient for 4 months. Office staff kept rescheduling the day before the appt saying Dr May was not available. After 4 months they finally said she is not taking new patients. Wasted 4 months and not able to get needed healthcare and prescriptions filled. She probably has no idea that her office staff is ruining her reputation."
