"What happen to all the associates? I feel like the down graded big time, now I only see one associate helping out mostly all the customers in the store while everyone else is all the way in the front (Register, security, Geek Squad). Well I went in to buy a fridge and there selection was pretty good and the prices were better then Lowe’s and Home Depot some that was a plus but the customer when I went in was lacking, and I’m not sure if the associate helping us was just having a bad day but his attitude felt like we were bothering him id but he could of messed up the sale if I wasn’t in a good mood. All and all this Best Buy needs some TLC if not I don’t see if lasting the next few years"
"Service is horrible, had to wait 10 mins before I had help and they didn't have product I wanted and didn't seem to want to even want to see if other stores had items. Starting to really hate bestbuy."
"Very clean. Very organized. Employees paying great attention to customer. Friendly staff. Wait time was 0 to none cause they working not playing. They are very much stocked on plenty of items. What I wanted was available and the cashier/ employee informed me about the great value n discount I was getting on my item. I left very happy n content with my purchase n my item. "The worst Best Buy I have ever been to. It is incredible how little the salespeople in this store care about doing their job. On this occasion I wanted to buy a 55” TV and I wanted to compare two to choose one and the salesperson literally told me if I wanted to compare that I must buy both and compare them at home and then return one, this is incredible."
