"I’ve been going to Dr Dwight for over 9 years. my first son was delivered by Dr. Dwight. But now I’m looking for a new gynecologist because I can’t compete with the rude lady sitting at the front desk. I feel like she’s always in a bad mood and doesn’t like the young clients that comes in the office. I’ve referred most of my girls friends there and they all complained about the lady sitting in the front desk attitude. Mind you we all are married and we are just trying to find a stress free environment to see the doctor. Today I was 9 minutes late for my ultrasound and she rudely told the technician that the 11 o’clock just showed up and rolling her eyes. And they couldn’t see me that’s all cool and I understand, what is the deal of talking rude to a client."

"No one will return my phone call. I have talked to the receptionist several times and she tells me the same thing that she will talk to the dr then return my call. They never do. I have seen the and supposed to have surgery to remove a tumor that was found. Extremly long wait times. Also they wanted to me to pay more than my copay. I have great insurance and still wanted me to pay upfront for service. Dr. Benjamin was nice and professional."

Angela, his Medical Assistant, is very professional and personable. She makes you feel comfortable and safe. I been a patient over 10 years and haven't regretted it for a moment. "I travel 35-40 minutes to this office and it is worth it! Great atmosphere and the office staff is like family. I felt comfortable from the very first visit. Dr. Benjamin is a very humble, knowledgeable, and professional doctor. He has great bed side manner, listens to concerns, and is passionate about what he does. Hard to find all of these qualities in other doctors. I have been a patient since 2016, and he has seen me for all of my annual visits, performed a procedure as well as a surgery.
