"I was visiting Naples with my Mom from St. Pete and we decided to merge her into my ATT plan. Alex Vivas was SO helpful throughout the whole process, even though it took some time and he stayed a little late for us, we were able to transfer the phones and take our new phones home that night! He was polite, and understanding and helped us understand some aspects when we did not know what they meant. I would recommend this location not only for its connivence but especially for Alex! "Great experience with Mike the salesman and beautiful, young , knowledgeable female staff! Picking up my new phone this week! Excited to have some new 21st century technology! Been years and long overdue. My phone is ancient and needs to be run over a few times and finally buried. Mike is quite the character and always happy and chipper. "I walked in last night to get information about purchasing a new iPhone. Felicia was the best! She answered all my questions professionally and I decided to purchase a IPhone 15 plus. Felicia helped me pick out a case and was great in transferring my data from an iPhone 6P. I was in the store for hours because my phone had not been backed up in a very very long time, if ever. She kept me informed the whole time about the transfer and the time it would take. She always had a smile and never left me. She waited on customers only when I said please help them because I still have quite awhile till my transfer was done. I would go back to that store for any of my iPhone needs."
