"Even if you have six other medications, that are non-controlled substances, if you have one on your record at this pharmacy, they will treat you like a drug addict. This has been happening at many. Walgreens pharmacies that I go to. It’s the absolute worst. Not the techs, but definitely the female pharmacist. From a patient perspective (and from someone who works in a medical office,) it’s even more egregious than if I was just a customer. Instead of telling me flat out what the situation was with my medications, she pussyfooted around for over a full minute, could not sufficiently explain the reason for the delay, and did not give me an alternative. She clearly understood that I was confused, but just kept repeating herself, instead of, oh I don’t know, giving me the correct time at which I could pick up my medications? They’re the ones that completely messed up my auto refills so now I have extras of all my medications, except for the one I needed to pick up. I know for a fact I should not have been given one of my medications early last month, yet I had a full bottle and a half somehow? It’s not rocket science to follow instructions, observe dates, or have a fundamental understanding policies you are enforcing. Honestly, I was more peeved that I drove across town only for them to tell me, “Oh yeah, your medications ready but you can’t pick it up” but she clearly perceived that I “wanted my drugs” and immediately became defensive, and frankly, offensive. I just genuinely did not understand the garbled mess of words she was throwing at me, and clearly she didn’t understand either, because she couldn’t rephrase it in a coherent manner. Stop. Treating. Patients. Like. Druggies."

"Came here on vacation desperate to get relief from cold symptoms. Went to pharmacy for advice. Pharmacy Tech was wonderful. Pharmacist (male) could use some training on customer service and communicating. He was very short with everyone he encountered and brash. The girl behind the counter was so sweet and helpful, so I was able to get what I needed out on the floor with her assistance."

"I strongly advise against working in that environment due to its toxic nature. The management exhibits severe narcissistic personality traits and a lack of emotional stability. They consistently avoid taking responsibility for their actions and frequently impose undue pressure on customers, manipulating them into buying personal items and financing their own expenses. Furthermore, the general manager has permitted a shift lead to exercise excessive control and engage in misconduct, such as stealing reward slips for personal gain. This has resulted in a hostile work environment with intimidating behavior."

"Went on Family Vaca. needed to print out more parking pass copy’s for our condo. after a 13hr drive we had to deal with Mrs. Tracy. She closed the store before we could come in and get our copy’s we waited 30 MINS ON. then proceeded to call us “assholes” and to “go back to our own state” on the way out of the store. The “manager” Robin was no help the next day after we placed a complaint call."

"Terrible experience. Picked up my daughters script. The tech told me to come back the NEXT day to get the other half because they were out of stock. I waited 2 days, received texts and phone calls that it was ready for pick up. I get to Walgreens to be told very rudely that it was an insurance issue the whole time and I have to come back in a few days. I understand insurance but why was I told by the tech that they only had half in stock and to come back the next day and received texts and phone calls my pick up is ready? No one had the courtesy to call and let me know it was insurance and it is in fact NOT ready. The pharmacist and tech were extremely rude to me through the whole process as if it was my fault and I was causing them an inconvenience. Never again at this location"
