Spris Artisan Pizza is a renowned Italian pizzeria located on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida. With over 20 years of experience, we pride ourselves on serving our customers with high-quality ingredients and world-class chefs. Our authentic Italian pizza is cooked in a wood brick oven, ensuring a delicious and traditional taste.
Our founder, Graziano Sbroggio, brings a wealth of experience from his upbringing in Treviso, Italy, where he developed a passion for cuisine. Since opening our first location on Lincoln Road, we have expanded to other areas in South Florida, including Midtown, South Miami, and The Carousel at Gulfstream Park.

"After the pandemic, I haven’t been to Lincoln Rd and today I needed to go to buy a new pair of glasses. While waiting for my glasses I decided to have lunch at Spris Artisan Pizza. It was an absolute pleasure to dine in there! I ordered the avocado, spinach salad with grilled chicken and it was cooked to perfection; but the best part was MILENA my server; she was super ATTENTIVE, SWEET, and PLEASANT! The manager (he is Italian) catered to me from the moment I sat down!! If you want EXCELLENT service and food, Stop by and enjoy their food and service!!"
"My order was taken around 20mins after being seated (while bigger parties had their orders taken almost immediately). I ordered their Genovese pizza and truffle fries. The toppings on the pizza were insufficient and placed haphazardly. But, the pizza was good The quantity of fries compared to its price was slightly underwhelming. The server was friendly. However, the host and another server kept pointing at me for some reason. Overall, I would recommend with slight reservations"
"I had bruschetta as a starter. The tomatoes and fresh bread were excellent in flavour. However, the bread could have been a little crispier. For my main course I had a pizza diavola - just perfect! The dessert, TORTA RICOTTA PISTACCHIO, rounded off the meal. Very tasty. We also tried Pollo alla Milanese. The pollo was also very tasty."

"I recently tried the grilled eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, roasted peppers, mushrooms vegan pizza at my local pizzeria, and I was really impressed. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the toppings were all cooked to perfection. The eggplant was grilled until it was tender and smoky, the zucchini was crisp-tender, the tomatoes were juicy, and the roasted peppers and mushrooms added a nice depth of flavor. The vegan cheese was also really good, and it melted nicely over the top of the pizza."
