"I contacted Erika for insurance, and should have known it would be a fiasco. I spent almost two weeks going back and forth with her trying to goad her in to doing her job. After much back and forth, i got a quote, paid for it, and assumed i had insurance. This was not the case, i found out 4 days later that the underwriter wanted to haul my boat out for an inspection, even after I provided a recent survey and pictures of the bottom. Madelaine informed me that I did not yet have coverage. I told Erika I was no longer interested in the insurance, and to stop the process on a Friday. She ignored my messages and continued the process until tuesday, even REPLIED TO MY MESSAGE IN WHICH I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK. After she pushed the binder through against my wishes, she claimed that i owe 25% of the total cost if the binder, and kept 900 dollars of mine.I am going to contact the underwriter directly to see if they will make it right, if not I guess its small claims court. Do not trust this company. Not good people."
"Mark A.Bluh is a knowledgeable agent who knows his business. When there are issues with your claim, he represents you, he talks to the adjusters personally and he helps maximize the policy benefits/coverage. He doesn't work for an insurance company, he works for us, the customer."

"Terrible service once they get you to be their customer Don’t be surprised if they ignore your emails and you phone calls. Their excuse, they are very busy with other customers… They will do nothing to help you lower the premium, based on their advice it seems they prefer it to go up. We saved over $4500 on our insurance premiums once we found a different agent. We should have changed agent sooner"
