"Avoid this branch. I called to speak to my agent, but was informed that they no longer work there. The person I spoke with had no idea who took over the agents clients. He transferred me to an agent and the phone rang for several minutes before I gave up. I called back and left a message. 24 hrs later and after business hours, still no return call. I called AAA directly and spoke with a great lady in Michigan. She took care of everything for me and saved me hundreds of dollars!"
