"They take the opportunity to charge for everything, I couldn’t get to the class because there is a state emergency, my street is 2’ flooded, and there is not possible way for me to get to the club. I called before the class started and They basically told me they don’t care and I have to pay the $15 fee. So if you sign up on this club just be ready to not have emergencies even the ones that are out of your hands. Because they will take the opportunity to charge you., it’s not $15 it’s the point . Now I canceled my membership and they’re charging $100 membership cancellation fee . Beware before you sign stay away ! Read previous reviews same situation . Good luck staying in business. Going to Solidcore in aventura, nicer studio!"
"Nice studio but the instructors are not very helpful almost unmotivated I would say. They should be there to guide us with a friendly attitude not making you feel criticized, also talking like a machine while looking at the walls. I am from East Europe and I can see that approach. Plus the classes are always booked for two weeks in advance, so good luck getting in."
"Fantastic experience! I joined in 2020 on my birthday, I surely do not regret it. Great classes and amazing instructors. It has completely altered my life. I feel so good. I am more agile and pain free. I travel a lot and miss attending my daily Pilates class. The staff is extremely nice and all participants very friendly. Try it ! You will love it!"
