"For starters most of the teachers in this school have very strict policies. Each teacher assumes that their class is most important, but they don't consider that these kids have more than just their class. These students have 6 different classes to attend and each teacher thinks their own way. Most of these teachers assign hours of homework a day, which is why most of the students come to class looking all droopy and exhausted. Some of these teachers give notice about a test the day before it comes up. How do the students have enough time to finish their homework, do extra curricular classes, and then study for an upcoming test that's due the next day. The system makes no sense. It's ridiculous that students have to stay up doing homework and studying all night. They have lives too, they'd like to enjoy them, it's bad enough they go to school to write and do work everyday, and on top of that u give them packets of homework. This needs to be changed"

"oof... hello random person scrolling through reviews. I am in the 8th grade and this is my review. This school has its moments, there are a lot of inappropriate/ braindead people and the teachers are very quick to put the bad grades in but to put the good ones they take forever. This school is made up of good and bad teachers mostly bad that don't teach you ( i do pay attention tho) i have also had many experiences with roaches flying on my arm and the school is extremely dirty. The food is TERRIBLE and most of the time children in the lunchroom start screaming random chants as if they were summoning saten himself. This school has its good sides for example, the equipment (most of it) is up to date and the books are fairly new. This is an honest review and trust me i cant wait to go to high school. Bye human scrolling through reviews. P.S: don't eat the food, trust me ;)"

"To be honest, I don't understand why people are that pissed. I attended this school since it first opened (2008) and I graduated from it in 2013/4. I can't imagine that it would devolve to the extent that other reviewers were saying. In this review, I am not going to base my review on the students. Lets be honest, in any school there are garbage students. This is why I'm basing my review only on aspects that the school fully controls. Putting that aside, my personal experience was alright. It had some parts that I thought suckes, but I am willing to put it aside. The school educated me and I came out fine. The guidance was good; they listened and provided good advice. The teachers overall were good. Some were mediocre, but most of them were good. The ones that I would say were best would be the Algebra teacher Meulkamova (I think I messed up her name), Civics teacher Osbourne, the science teacher Goodfriend, and computer science teacher Adler. They may or may not still work there, but they did make my experience at this school good. The only disdain I have is the cafeteria food, which was garbage."

"Worst. School. Ever. Private schools in Venezuela are even better than this. Been to three different schools, and this is even worse than in Venezuela. The teachers are rude a$$es and only care about getting money. For example, my brother in fourth grade had this teacher who whenever he did something wrong began yelling at him and saying, "NO WONDER YOU REPEATED 3RD GRADE! YOU KNOW NOTHING!" Wrong thing? Definitely. He's gifted, and they accidentally put him in the wrong class, so he left during the second week. Parents had to file a complain, but guess what? She's still there. She's had over 30 moms complain and file against her, but no. The school is going this low and is that desperate for teachers. What a shame. Horrible food, terrible staff, and even ruder students. Don't ever send your children here unless you want them to die in hell. The principal of this school is a demagogue."

"Middle school is horrible! Teachers, with some exceptions, don't care about students, including counselors and principle. Poor kids have no right for mistakes. All year round kids have tests, tests and tests. All grades they put in the grade book without letting kids and parents know., no syllabuses given, grades pop up in the grade book just because, often kids have no knowledge about work being done for grade. Very poor grading system. Teachers are working to satisfy department of education, not to help and to teach. Teachers simply don't like children.Tests and essays never given back to kids and to parents to review and to fix mistakes for the reason that kids will cheat from each other ( what a nonsense!!!) Very disappointed with teachers, no such thing as a human factor , teachers don't care about effort. Had my older son in different state in the middle and in the high school, shocked how teachers treat kids (11-12 y.o) here. Homeroom teacher never responded about meeting that I requested. Most of the teachers get annoyed if you question them, then they bully children and it affects your child grades. Bad school!"
