When I work out (and let's face it, even with health issues we should all be exercising in some way) I get better every day!! I love this place with the open doors and amazing breeze that comes up the River from the Bay, and the music is cool. But it's the owner and staff that make the difference. They have always treated me with kindness, guidance, and positivity! I'm so happy here. Ferrino is educated on the different needs for an individual. The BEST HOUR OF MY DAY IS SPENT at Ferrino Sports Fitness Club. Thanks gang!"

"I absolutely LOVE this gym! There are plenty of gyms closer to my home, but this gym is easily worth the longer drive. The trainers and instructors are friendly, accessible, and knowledgeable. The owners are down to earth people that make you feel like part of the family. I really feel like I have a whole team dedicated to my fitness and self-improvement. The vibe is very chill, equipment is always available, and the location... on the river, open air, yachts cruising by at sunset... it can't be beat. I'll never go back to a typical chain gym. Highly recommend this gym."
