"I love supporting small businesses, and it’s easy when you come across jewels like this. In my 60 years on this planet I’ve always finished my subs…until today. It was so packed with goodness on a true 12”+ hoagie roll I had a few inches left. I had the Puertorro which is kinda like a Cuban, but without pickles, mustard, or cheese. Instead it has lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo, and the little crispy potato stiks that I think make the sandwich special. All sandwiches come with really good french fries sprinkled with parsley for a little extra razzmatazz. Give your chain sub places a rest, and try this independent. You’ll feel good doing it, and get a heck of a meal."
"My husband and I were passing through Winter Haven. Looking for a quick bite to eat we came across this little gem. Being a breakfast person I opted for… breakfast. The pancakes were excellent and the eggs were cooked as I requested: over medium. My meal was a mere $7.00. My husband ordered the Mediterranean salad with chicken. I have to say it was loaded and the added chicken was only an extra $3.00. A bargain. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. If you get a chance, stop in. Their sandwiches looked awesome."
"Just dined here for lunch for the first time earlier today. My fiancé got the Puertorro (pork, ham, steak, and string potatoes) and I got the Chic-A (chicken tenders with mildly spicy coleslaw), and both were delicious. The fries were the perfect level of crispiness and were perfectly seasoned. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and we will definitely be returning soon!"
