"F45’s are franchised so each location is truly a unique experience. I am happy to say Drew and Shelley didn’t cut any corners here. Their ceilings are incredibly high, I’m 6’4 so that’s a huge bonus. The equipment is kept clean and in good condition. Location is great, busy, bust reasonable parking options as well. Most importantly, Drew and Shelley make an obvious attempt to genuinely connect with each of their members and help you reach whatever fitness/health goals you may have. It really does feel like a little community; all of the members/trainers are friendly. I am an ex-D1 athlete and was incredibly skeptical of group fitness when I first started, but today was my 102 class in 5 months and I can assure you it’s no joke. Results speak for themselves!"
