"Signing up for a health care plan on my own became so overwhelming, I wanted to tear the hair out of my head. NO EXAGGERATION. I was referred to Andrew, a delightful broker with the manners of a first class soldier. He had helped my partner with her coverage and did an amazing job. Of course, I had forty-five questions for him. He did not lose patience and had no trouble explaining things to me multiple times. We were able to find a plan that fits my needs. I have several health conditions and my biggest fear is to not have proper coverage. I feel I am in good hands with Andrew and that the coming year will be okay (I'm holding him to this! LOL!) "Going thru the marketplace in 2015 was a nightmare!! Something as simple as changing your mailing address took numerous phone calls. You couldn't deal directly with insurance company but had to have marketplace make these changes. Dealing with an agent helped me SO MUCH!! My agent did these things in minutes versus what was taking me days!! Experience was so good I used the same agent today to help me navigate and choose the best option for 2016!
