"This one is tricky. The food is good. A little pricey, but good. The service is almost always friendly, and it is a regular stop for us. I really like the meatballs and spaghetti. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about but you are there for the food. We've never eaten in, always take out because it gets crowded and difficult to get a table. The take out can take a LONG time, so if that's the plan call well ahead of when you plan on eating."

"We have known this place for a couple of years now, and their garlic knots are our favorite. Always amazing!!! Food is always delicious. Their customer service is always great. Our server last night was Emma W. She went above and beyond with her outstanding service!! She is a kind-hearted and outgoing person. My kids and I are definitely happy with her service. On another note, regarding the cost of dining here, I can tell you that prices have gone up quite a bit, though, from the last time we visited, but it's absolutely all worth it!!! Next time, I will post pictures of the food, too! We were starving and completely forgot to do so."

"The pictures are what is supposed to be two cheese steak subs. If you love cheese steak like I do I trust the pictures will be evidence of my disappointment and not have to go on and on about it. Just know that my one star is not a knee-jerk reaction. I went back to the restaurant twice to try and make it right...I want a refund to say the least. Both times a manager wasn't there to speak to. My phone number was left, no return call. I shouldn't have to talk to a manager to get my money back on this--somebody should have been able to take care of it. These subs were horrible and service has been horrible as I've tried to give them the benefit of doubt by wasting my gas to go there twice now to make it right."

"I've been here many times over the years. It used to be fantastic- the best New York Pizza around- lots of cheese, great sauce, great crust, corn meal sprinkled on the back side, fresh and plentiful toppings. I loved it so much I gained weight with the number of times I ate there. I went on a diet, cut pizza out for a year. I went back yesterday for the first time in a long time. Sadly, when I came back I noticed a number of changes, not for the better. The crust is far thinner, the toppings were barely there. I ordered a 14" pizza cut into 6 slices (medium) with ham and pineapple, something I always ordered when I used to frequent this place. There was plenty of pineapple, but there was only about 6 total slivers of ham about an inch square on the whole pie, one per slice, arranged at the edge of the pie. They charge about $2 per topping, but this wasn't equitable, at least for the ham. I mentioned this to them and they offered to remake the pie, but we were hungry and that's not something I wanted to deal with. The flavor was good, still. I didn't notice a change to the sauce or the dough or the cheese. Gone too was the powdered corn meal that used to be on the back of the pie, adding to the perceived quality. Fountain drinks are $3.50, all included you're in for over $30 with a tip for a medium 2 topping pizza and a coke, a price that is the highest it's ever been, but it's apparent they've cut back significantly on the quantity and value, and I mourn the loss of the best pizza place around that was so close to my house. It's all about the money at the point with the current owners, and although I understand that, just like the movies I won't be back."
