"My daughter joined 1Up Martial Arts a little over a month and I cannot express how much we all love it. She is always exited to go, and try her best during the class. I also have to give HUGE credit to the instructors, they're AWESOME, always paying attention to the kids. In each class you always see at least 3 of them running the class, correcting postures, and helping the kids to do their best every time. Is our first karate experience, but we have done other sports, and the commitment of this team with their kids is exceptional."

"I’ve been with 1up for one year since my boy was 4, both my boy and I love the studio! The instructors and Deena and Sarah are so helpful, I love the way they are with those 3-6 years old kids. Don’t think 3-4 years won’t learn anything from karate, actually my son learnt following rules, respecting others, team working and of course many karate skills! I like they set up goals for each class, and they pay attention to each child. Earning stripes is actually a challenge but not a necessary thing. They encourage kids to be a better self! My son had his 5th birthday party at the studio, everyone was enjoying especially the kids. I have to say my experience with 1up so far is awesome! I highly recommend parents in winter park and nearby try their trial class, I think your kids and you will love them too!"
