"This is my absolute favorite gym that I go to the people who work there are absolutely incredible. It’s incredible, they help you with workouts, If you don’t know how to use a machine, they make the whole gym experience a pleasurable one with their friendly enthusiasm. The sunrise Athletica gym is kept exceptionally clean. There is a variety of classes to choose from such as strength, training, yoga, cycling, ect. overall, very enjoyable experience."

"I’ve been looking for a gym to work out to get myself back into the normal exercise routine. One of the trainers at this location, Ryan, suggested I give this gym a try. I asked the wifey to join me and once we arrived we loved the place. It is small but not too small. It’s clean and very inviting. The mood was relaxed and welcoming. We loved the luxurious machines were new, smooth and some I’ve never used (huge points). We loved the accessibility of the juice bars. The bathrooms were clean. Overall this gym looks like a gem amongst the other large chains or trendy ones in the area. We will give it a serious try and hopefully this will help fuel my rerun to the gym. The management is doing a great job with this location."
