Conveniently located at the Galleria Shoppes of Vanderbilt, our gym is easily accessible from all of Naples. We offer small group classes to foster a sense of camaraderie and friendship among members who share similar fitness interests.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, our programs are designed for universal scalability to cater to individuals of all experience levels. We recommend starting with 2-4 classes a week and gradually increasing to 5 days a week as your fitness level improves.
In addition to our challenging workouts, we also provide filtered water and snacks for purchase to keep you fueled and hydrated during your training sessions. We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
