"I just took my first class at Board30 Naples and I LOVED it! Extremely challenging, I felt like I had an amazing full body workout. Whether you are a beginner (there are great modifications) or super in shape you will DEFINITELY feel this. Carlene, the owner, is ah-mazing! So fun. you can tell she definitely cares about all of us in the class. Her enthusiasm is inspiring and she is sooo encouraging! Highly recommend this studio. Great pricing and great location. Give it a try!"

"Amazing fitness studio that offers a workout suitable for all levels of fitness. I had never done a class before and found their signature Board that has all kinds of resistance bands to be extremely user friendly and I could adjust the level of resistance easily by adjusting my body position. I was pushed and encouraged to complete every one of the 22 one minute interval exercises and I was definitely sore (in a good way) afterwards. Carlene, the owner, has since become a friend and I admire her commitment to coaching and motivating her clients to love their best life. This is a pic of us at a recent event.
