"They are a fraud company. They made a payment with my info without my consent even after my policy was canceled. I was speaking to rude MARITZA which wouldn't let me talk at all. When she finally let me talk she hung up and now they don't even answer the phone. Their fraud company goes by different names like Lumina, Premier, etc... Please dont waste your time or money, I had to cancel my card so they dont steal any more money. Furthermore my agent was suppoused Yuliana which also does not answer anymore. COMPLETE SCAM!"
