Our mission is to enhance our students' lives through the practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, also known as “The Gentle Art.” In addition to learning and mastering BJJ techniques, our students build confidence, improve fitness, and develop self-defense skills to protect themselves from potential threats. At GMBJJ, we are a family of warriors and a team of champions. Join us for "NO GI" classes for kids and adults on Mondays and Fridays.

"Awesome place to train. Real jiu-jitsu classes taught with structure, starting from take down, to position, to submission. Each week has a theme to it, which helps to learn how to chain moves together along with the multiple variations. Lots of colored belts on the mat, and a wide range of ages and sizes. I highly recommend coming for a trial week to check it out."

"Great coaches, environment, and team! I moved to the area last year and was looking for a gym. I’ve been training over 4 years and was looking for an academy that focused on both gi and nogi. Gustavo Machado BJJ of Venice does this an also incorporates a self defense aspect. I love it here so much that I brought my children in to train too.
